Is there a minimum term or any commitment?
No. You pay month to month and cancel whenever you want. If your number was ported in, it leaves with you.
How do I pay?
You top up your balance by card or bank transfer, and the plan fee, extra minutes and conversations are deducted from it. Everything is itemised under Billing.
What happens when I use up the plan's minutes?
The agent keeps answering and each extra minute is charged at your plan's rate (between €0.09 and €0.10). No cut-offs, no surprises.
What is the Multicitas add-on and how much is it?
It's the module for businesses with several experts (clinics, hair salons, firms) or for restaurants that book tables by capacity. You turn it on from the dashboard, it's paid from your balance and you can remove it any time. Its price is published in the dashboard and some plans include it.
Can I bring my existing number?
Yes, by porting it from the dashboard. And if you ever leave, you take it with you: the number is yours.
What counts as a WhatsApp or chat conversation?
An exchange of messages with the same customer within a 24-hour window. It doesn't matter how many messages go back and forth inside it.
