The terms, without a sales call
How long does the commission last?
For life: as long as your customer keeps using ZentuAI, you earn your percentage of their consumption every month. No 12-month windows, no small print.
What exactly is it calculated on?
On your customers' real consumption: their plan fee, call minutes, number rental and their WhatsApp and web chat conversations. Balance top-ups don't earn commission until they're consumed — an unspent top-up isn't real income for anyone.
When and how do I get paid?
We close every calendar month and send you a report with the breakdown per customer. We settle against your invoice after the close.
What if my customer signs up without going through my link?
The link attributes for 90 days from the click (last click wins). If a customer of yours signed up without it, write to us as soon as possible and we'll review it by hand.
Is there exclusivity, fees or a sales minimum?
No. Being a partner is free, we don't ask for exclusivity and there's no minimum number of customers to keep your account. You sell what your network allows.
Can I resell it under my own brand (white label)?
Today the programme is referral-based: your customer contracts with ZentuAI and you earn your commission, without handling support or billing. A white-label resale model is on the roadmap — if that's your case, tell us in the application.
How do I move up a tier?
By active customers: at every monthly close we count your customers that consumed that month and your tier adjusts to the table. No opaque negotiations: the table you see is the one that applies.
